How to rent in a booming real estate market

Renting a home or apartment in the nation’s most expensive city, where rents are skyrocketing, can be a lucrative endeavor.

And the market is booming, too.

Real estate agents are hiring and searching for the right house or apartment for rent.

“It’s a little like finding a needle in a haystack,” says Sarah Schulz, owner of Real Estate Rentals.

But it’s not all about the money.

She says people who are struggling to find a new apartment are also looking for the best deal.

For many people, buying a new home can be an easy, affordable option.

“I know many people who have had to cut their mortgage down to pay for the purchase of a house, or the purchase or renovation of their existing home,” she says.

But that doesn’t mean you have to buy the most expensive home in town.

There are plenty of affordable houses that aren’t too expensive, or even affordable.

Here are 10 places where you can find an apartment that is affordable to anyone.
